Built from scratch in 2000 and designed for the total privacy and refuge of the family, it remains located in Val Luretta, 25 km from Piacenza, on the road that leads from Gazzola to Rivergaro. We enjoy a place all to ourselves, with a large fenced garden of 6000sqm and a swimming pool.

The surroundings are places of artistic and food and wine interest, we can visit the State Castles, the Castles of Agazzano and the Castles of Rivalta, which are only 5 minutes away by car; we can play golf in the nearby Croara Country Club just 2 km away or have lunch in the nearby restaurants. Bobbio is 25 minutes away: an ancient stone village, one of the most beautiful in Italy and where the Film Festival is celebrated every year, in fact, the famous filmmaker Bellocchio founded a film school right here, the place of his birth. If we want to enjoy something more naturalistic, we can walk along the banks of the Trebbia river or even take a nice bath in the summer!
