In Val Trebbia near the town of Rivergaro on the shore of Travo we find this characteristic solution of flavor. An object beyond a shadow of a doubt, by amateurs. It is located in a hilly position at about 300mtr altitude, not isolated, free on three sides with its courtyard, porch and private garden. We enter with the curiosity to find surprises, new sensations, a beautiful house. Crossing lingresso in front we see a sitting room on the right a large living room with large fireplace, ceiling beams, original stone floor, on the left you enter the built-in kitchen a comfortable living space with direct exit to the porch. The heights here are low as duso in the ancient rural houses of the place, the building is stone and brick. We pass in another wing where we find a small bathroom, closet, another living room; after crossing the area we enter in an annex, with two large rooms connected today with wooden staircase. Finally we go up to the first floor, large and usable hallways, attic, exposed beams; in this area we have a large bedroom and two bathrooms of which one of exaggerated size, really pleasant! Outside courtyard area with the possibility of open parking for two three cars. The garden is exactly what we need to stay outdoors and enjoy the panoramic hills of Val Trebbia. We have private and separate entrance of a studio with bathroom and a beautiful cellar. It’s a very warm house, with comfortable, cozy atmospheres. It’s not in the classic layout but it’s its beauty and its uniqueness.
