The impression that moved our sensibility when visiting the property that we offer for sale was that of being in a familiar place, where the extension of the greenery, the colors of the vineyard, the peasant type of the buildings instill a feeling of enveloping well-being. The buildings are intimate, located in the center of the farm with a beautiful architectural line, they draw an atmosphere of work and gentle life and offer in our opinion a comparison with those peasant farmhouses that we find on the Sienese hills.

The house: Exposed brick building on two levels, living room, dining room, study, kitchen with exit to the back of the house, in all 3 bathrooms, upstairs 4 bedrooms. Bright rooms, well windowed on both sides, obtaining good air circulation. The interiors require a rejuvenation intervention, an opportunity to give it its own imprint. The house has two entrances, where necessary we can have two independent houses.
